At Milanostraps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new watch strap or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is unworn and in its original condition with all protective films intact.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
