Apple Watches are grouped into three categories. While case sizes change, the lug width (where the adapter slides in) remains consistent within these families.

1. Small Case (Uses 41 Group Adapters)

If your watch is one of the smaller models, a 41mm adapter is the standard fit.

• Series 7, 8, 9: 41mm

• Series 10: 42mm

• SE (All Generations): 40mm

• Series 4, 5, 6: 40mm

• Series 1, 2, 3: 38mm

2. Large Case (Uses 45 Group Adapters)

For larger watch models, the 45mm adapter provides the most versatile fit across multiple generations.

• Series 7, 8, 9: 45mm

Important Warning: Check the back of your watch for the size. Do not confuse the Series 1-3 (42mm) with the Series 10 (42mm). The older 42mm belongs to the Large family (45mm adapter), while the new Series 10 42mm belongs to the Small family (41mm adapter).
